Some members of Fylde Borough Council are speaking in support of the scheme, but our surveys show widespread public opposition.

Kensington's planning application was submitted to Fylde's planning officers who did not make a decision within the time allowed and Kensington have appealed for 'non determination. The case will be heard by an inspector in November 2009, then a decision made by a Government Minister.

QED and others have prepared to oppose the massive development that is planned.
